90+ Cellars Description
DESCRIPTION
Made from a blend of Mourvèdre, Syrah and Grenache grown in sustainably farmed, family-owned, hilltop vineyards located several miles inland from the Mediterranean coastline. The varieties are vinified separately in stainless steel vats, using a mixture of whole bunches and crushed fruit. After the blend is assembled, the wine rests for approximately 8-10 months prior to bottling.
TASTING NOTES
Medium bodied and smooth with aromas of black cherry, blackberry, fresh black pepper and roasted coffee. Hints of bittersweet anise and raspberries linger on the finish.
