Tasting Notes
Nose: Complex and perfectly balanced. Fresh floral and zesty citrus notes. Sweet and smooth, with a hint of malt from Echlinville’s homegrown barley.
Palate: Anise and lavender make way for juniper and coriander notes. Sweetness carries throughout with a malt character and creamy mouthfeel.
Finish: Rose flower is prominent as you savour the finish, with pine and citrus re-visiting.
Serve: Sip neat or enjoy with elderflower tonic, lemon and mint.
