Our Shipping Information

YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO PURCHASE WINE & LIQUOR.

All orders placed by 3PM will be processed by next business day. Most orders ship within 24 hours of being placed. All shipments are sent via FedEx and insured. Once the order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address on file. 

An adult signature is required with ALL SHIPMENTS. This adult MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE. FedEx will not release shipment without obtaining a signature. If an adult is not present, FedEx will attempt delivery twice before returning merchandise back to sender. We will have to charge for shipping again to resend the packages.

We can ONLY ship Spirits within New York State.

Shipping wine is complicated and varies by state. State laws regarding shipments of wine are constantly changing. As of right now, we DO NOT ship wine to the following states:

Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Utah and Vermont.

Certain wines are listed with specific vintages on our website. On occassion, a particular vintage may be replaced by a current vintage if the specific vintage listed is not available. If seeking a particular vintage, it is best to call and verify first of availability at 631-663-5100.
